Situated amidst the tranquil surrounds and scenic beauty of nearby bushland, Falls Retreat is the ideal Perth bed and breakfast for those who just want to take time out for themselves and be pampered. There's a centrally located swimming pool with adjacent hydrotherapy spa, all in a terraced half acre nature setting.
Lesmurdie is in the Perth Hills about 20 km from Perth and close to the International airport. With a nearby waterfall there are many local attractions such as restaurants and cafes, wineries, bushwalking and scenic drives.
There are two well appointed self contained units available, the "Angel" and "Lesmurdie". Both are very private and comfortable with a bedroom, bathroom and lounge areas. The lounge area of each includes a TV/DVD, fridge, microwave, split system air-con/heating, tea and coffee making facilities, sofa lounge (for extra people to sleep if required) and dining table.
The Angel is self catering but includes cooktops and has an outdoor patio, the Lesmurdie opens out onto the swimming pool area with adjacent hydrotherapy spa and includes a cooked breakfast.
Also available in the main house are two comfortable guest rooms, the "Victoria" and "Niagara". These share a bathroom with guests having use of a guest lounge with TV/DVD, teas and coffees. A cooked breakfast is included in the tariff.
All guests staying at Falls Retreat have access to the swimming pool and heated hydrotherapy spa while wireless broadband internet is free.

From the city go along Gt. Eastern Hwy till Orrong Road then turn right. Follow this for about 12 kilometres until it becomes Weshpool Road East, then continue up the hill. Turn left into Lesmurdie Road, go up about 3 km, Falls Road is 2nd on the left past St Brigid's College. Falls Retreat is about 1/2 km down Falls Road on the left hand side just past Burma Road. We are Tourism Accredited and 3 and a half star rated.
Child Policy
Children of all ages accepted. Cot, high chair, single bed and cubby house available for children. Children MUST be supervised at all times around the fenced pool and spa area.
Car Parking Facilities
Parking for 4 cars off road on the property in a well lit paved area at the front of the house. Space for one car in a garage by request only.

Kitchenette includes microwave, fridge, toaster, tea and coffee making facilities, electric grill. Suite opens out onto swimming pool area with heated hydrotherapy spa just outside unit.
Guests also have use of BBQ in grapevine covered pergola.
Please note room rate is for 2 people including breakfast. For extra guests there is a $30 per person charge (max 2) which includes a cooked breakfast.
