  1. Located on the corner of Laycock Street and Surfers Paradise Boulevard in the very heart of Surfers Paradise. The hotel is three streets south of Cavill Mall and 100 metres from Surfers Paradise Beach. The nearest local airport is Coolangatta and the nearest major airport is Brisbane.

• Child Policy

  1. Children under 14 years utilising existing bedding and sharing with adult(s) are complimentary. Extra person rate $40 per person per night. Rates not valid for groups or conferences.

• Car Parking Facilities

  1. Limited undercover parking is available (subject to availability) for one car only per room at the cost of $17.00 per day. Public car park nearby, for car parking information please contact hotel.
     
     When arriving at hotel, firstly register with Reception and leave luggage at Concierge prior to parking your car.

• Cancellation Policy

  1. In the case of No Show and if you cancel or amend your booking, 100% non-refundable cancellation or amendment fee of the total booking amount applies.
